James is AMAZING!

This planes looks and flies great on my VH G-32 motor and 55g servos. Unlimited vertical, and plenty of giddy up for float flying. On my second flight my reciever began acting up, and after i though it was fixed for my 3rd flight, it decided to invert and go straight in destroying the motor mount and front, but leaving much of the rest intact.
James has moved mountains to get me a replacement in time for an upcoming float fly before fall sets in. I cannot say enough positives, and look forward to sending him more money on future purchases.

Super nice Fun and relaxing plane

This was my first VQ model and I hesitantly bought it because of perceived quality with this brand. I can honestly say it was a super model of very good quality. I outfitted mine with a Motrofly 3615-704 motor and a Castle Edge lite 75 speed control. Using a 4000 4s pack and a 16X7 prop.

First flight was a non event making minor trim adjustments and such. I was able to get 12 minute flights with this setup and still had 22% left. What a super scale super fun flying plane. I am used to speed and 3D planes so this is a nice diversion from those and also just a nice relaxing plane to fly. I had about 7mph winds and it handled them just fine. The only downside on this plane is the instructions they are very poor but anyone that has build/assembled a few arfs will have no problems figuring them out.
One final note that is worth mentioning. I outfitted mine with some spare 17gram (hitec HS-85) equivalent servos I had laying around. The servo cutouts fit them like a glove. They also laser scored all of the mounts for standard size servos which I found to be a nice touch. I like the lighter weight of the smaller servos and with this basically being a big trainer any regular servos will work. My all up weight was 5.5lbs

Buy this plane you won't regret it.
